Each engaging 2-hour session includes:

🧘 Posture Lesson: Master the art of practicing yoga postures with precise alignment, ensuring a safe and confident practice.


💫 Yoga Flow: Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating yoga flow, integrating your newfound knowledge.

🌿 Week 1: Yamas (Codes of Conduct) - What is Yoga, Anyway?

🌞 Week 2: Niyamas (Codes of Conduct) - How Yoga Has Evolved

🌄 Week 3: Asana (Physical Posture) - What Is a Yoga Pose & Why Do "Asanas"?

🌬️ Week 4: Pranayama (Breathwork) - Breathing in Yoga & Why It's Important

🧘 Week 5: Pratyahara (Sense Withdrawal) - Removing Distractions

🧭 Week 6: Dharana (Focused Concentration) - Single Pointed Focus

🌌 Week 7: Dhyana (Meditation) - Finding Absorption into Focus

🌟 Week 8: Samadhi (Enlightenment) - Finding Moments of True Bliss!
