A 5 day experience to help you develop the consistent, self-motivated yoga practice you've always wanted.
FEBRUARY 1-5 2023
What you can expect:
- 5 days of LIVE 30 minute beginner-friendly yoga classes on Zoom at 7 AM NZT (replays provided)
- 5 pre-recorded lessons focused around lifestyle change, to help you integrate yoga into your daily life.

FEBRUARY 2nd: 7 AM Flow and Yoga Philosophy Workshop
FEBRUARY 3rd: 7 AM Flow & Motivation Workshop
